Ingredients
1.5 oz. – Tambour Original Spiced Sodabi
2 oz. – Pear juice
Splash – Sparkling water
1 tbsp. – Fresh pears, cubed or wedge cut
Garnishes – Sprig of lemon, thyme, fresh ginger shaving, parmesan cheese, and/or lime wedge for garnish
Preparation
Combine Tambour Original Spiced Sodabi, pear juice, and ice cubes in a shaker. Shake well for 1 minute until condensation forms on the exterior of the shaker.

Pour cocktail into a glass and add a dash of sparkling water.
Decorate with pear slices and enjoy!
