Distilled twice for superior quality, our white sodabi elevates the traditional drink of Benin to fit comfortably among the great spirits of the world. Made exclusively with Beninese palm wine, it respects the true sodabi tradition.
Distilled twice in small batches for superior quality, then infused with 14 ingredients including American oak, hibiscus flowers, dates, honey and other local tropical fruits and spices for an intensely sweet and uniquely African spirit.
Colorless liquid • Intense nose opening into floral notes enhanced by cinnamon that evolves into notes of white pepper • Fresh and balanced on the palate with notes of plantains and nuts • Notes of woodiness at the finish.
